By booking a tour with Egypt Superb Tours ("the Company"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Egypt Superb Tours.
Adeposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified in the tour details.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation, less any non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees.

Requests for changes to your booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
3.2. Company-Initiated Changes
Egypt Superb Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, tour details, or services due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly of any significant changes.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all customers. Egypt Superb Tours is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from travel-related issues.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Medical Conditions
Customers must inform Egypt Superb Tours of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
Egypt Superb Tours reserves the right to decline a booking or remove a participant from a tour if their medical condition is deemed a risk.

Customers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the Company and its representatives.
The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from non-compliance with safety regulations.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and must exercise caution to avoid loss or theft.
7. Conduct and Behavior
Egypt Superb Tours reserves the right to remove any customer from a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or offensive to other participants or staff.
